Is this a mirage in the Middle East? Seemingly out of nowhere emerges a city in the middle of a desert. This is Dubai, a city that produces only the best modern architecture in the world. Already home of the world's tallest all-hotel building and the tallest all-residential building in the world, AND currently proposed to build the world's tallest building, this skyline might just leap to the number 1 spot in the near future. While the skyline is not so dense, each building is a marvel all on its own. As a skyline it probably can't compete with the larger cities, however the individual buildings in this city are by far the greatest examples of modern architectural accomplishments. All seven structures in this city at over 200 meters tall were built in 1999 or later - that's how new this city is.

Silly; yet touching?

There was one thing happened during our beloved HamHam's birthday~ Of course all of us here know abt it, well, it's worth to note down and funny to let her 8 gua son and others to know it too :p Erm... dunno who said this b4 "BHT always does something abnormal, funny, silly or crazy in cinema, at least once everytime he is inside cinema hall" and i always agree with this!!

Before i start the story, i would like to share one funny story with you all, it's abt BHT. Last time when BHT, jimmy and me went for a movie, you know, b4 every movie get started, there will be a public message brought by the handphone giant-- Nokia, it's abt silence off your handphone to avoid annoying ppl. At the moment, wat was playing in the clip is... a phone is ringing "Beep....Beep.....Beep......Beep..... " without any other sound. Our genius BHT thought somebody's phone in the cinema hall was ringing, then he made the sound "SHHHHRRRRRR.............. " (means quiet!!) very very LOUDLY!!!! and kept on mumbling "Woii!! diam lar~!!" Jimmy and i were laughing madly and pretended dunno him at the moment.. coz everyone knows the ringing tone is from the Nokia clip =.= For sure, there were lot of other silly stories out of this...

Ok, come back here, tat night, b4 we went into the cinema hall for Harry Porter, our BHT told HamHam loudly tat he would sing her a birthday song!! Actually we 3 really planned to sing b4 movie started, but then found out the adverticement sound is damn loud and our sound is impossible to reach their ears (we 3 sit several rows in front of 5 of them). Somemore there were others sitting beside me... so i gave up to do it. But then BHT kept on motivating Ah Boh to sing it and Ah Boh, of course is still the bold Ah Boh i know since secondary school, just did it~!! He sang each sentence whenever there is a "gap" of silent moment. Let's salute him~~~ Hehe... while BHT and me were trying to sit as low as we could... Really, i was ready to be asked "What the fuck your fren is doing??!?!?!!" by the one sitting beside me at the moment, fortunately he didn't :p Then BHT and me kept on peeping at those ladies and they looked like Boh Rasa (no reaction), so we thought they didn't hear it :p Hey, it really need lot of courage to do it, man~

Everyone went home after movie, hehe... i dun think Friday is a good day for any plan, everyone looks like dying zombie after work :)

A Turning Point of my Life~~~~~

I guess this is my first ever blog in my life. Ok~~!! Let me relax my fingers and hands first before start anything~~!! Hahaha~~!!! First of all I need to thank WWW to create this Langkap Circle for all of us here. This Blog like a small gathering party for us, no matter where we all are, what time is it, this place is always ready and open door for all of us to share our story here. In this stage, I think it’s a time for everyone to move on. Everyone of us are starting to change now, some are getting a new job after graduate, some are still a student, some might be getting marry soon, and some are still putting in effort to look for their life-partner. Not every one of us can see or contact to each other to know how’s everyone going on recently so frequently. But in here, we are like in a circle now, holding hand to hand, link every one of us together and of course there will be always one thing in our mind, “Friendship Forever”.

My “story” is going to start from here…… once upon a time…………..

This is a very wonderful day for me, once I get up from my lovely bed, get my teeth brushed and washed my face, I heard my daddy was calling me and said, “Choon, your letter is here, the postman came this morning.” Without delay, I start to check out what the letter about, “Staffordshire University sends me an Unconditional Offer Letter.” After I read through the letter all over and over, I start screaming and telling my grandma, daddy and mummy about this incredible news. They all are so cheerful, and I felt like I was like dreaming. I should go KL after I received the letter. This is because there are something else which is very important need to be done, my VISA and Air Ticket booking. By noon I already prepared everything and start my journey to MCA Building, KL where I can apply my Student VISA. On the way I went to KL, I keep on worry that “are there anything important documents I forgot to bring along?” This is because anything miss out will inflict fail for apply VISA. When I arrived UK VISA center, there was so crowded, and the size of the room is out of my expected. It’s so diminutive, with only 3 working staffs and there is around 30 ++ people were trying apply for their VISA or their son/daughter VISA [Where are the applicants actually? Huh? Are their parents feeling too free to apply for their children]. I was trying to filling up the form as fast as possible, this is because it’s going to close 3 o’clock sharp, and my watch showed it is already 20 past 2. Oh Gosh~~!!! I better be fast or else I will waste 2 more days to submit this bloody form [Because the next time is National Day, 31st of Aug]. During the time I filled up the form, I faced a lot of problems. So I decided to ask those staffs who were working there. But the way they reply were so unprofessional and impolite. They suppose to help me to fill up the bloody form, but they didn’t. And I paid RM 625.00 for nothing. The only choice I have now is ask them when I submit the form, when come to my turn, she just told me “Faster, you‘re going to be late, it’s already 3 pm. You just SIMPLY FILL IN.” Arrrrrrh…the ways they told me really piss me off this time [sorry for speaking rude word, 18sx]. If anything gone wrong, my RM 625.00 can’t b refund and have to pay again when re-apply. So I HAD to do according to what she told me, SIMPLY fill in. After complete submitting the VISA application, time comes to book my flight ticket. And everything went so smooth at last, and I get my flight ticket booked. [Thank for Pet for helping and telling me information about those Airline Company].

After 2 days I applied my VISA, I was trying to check the status of the application online; it showed “Please come to collect your passport where you submitted” [Huh?!! Is that meaning my VISA application failed or granted?! Why dun just write “Your VISA is granted, please come to collect your passport at where you submitted]. Anyway it’s really a surprise for me, this is because normally the whole process of the application will take up to at least 1 week to complete, but I had received the notice just after 2 days I submitted [and one these days is a Public Holiday].
Finally everything done, I guess it is the time for me to meet everyone before I leave. Within 2 days I have to fully use to meet all my friends in KL [Sorry for those that I can’t make it to meet u]. And I can start to feel the time pass really fast. It doesn’t have the milk of human kindness. After those meet up session, I have to drive my car back to my lovely hometown Langkap from KL for 1 last time [This is because I had already traveled between KL and Langkap more than 10 times in 4 months time]
It is time to packing up now [thank you for those who gave me so many avail and subservience opinion when I was packing up] and say bye to relatives. And I received a lot of Ang-Pao in the same time, ha ha ha~~!!

The DAY has come. This is a day to remember for me. I believe [and I m sure] I will never forget the moment when I gave my big hugs to my grandma; mummy and sister who are not following us go to airport before I left my house. All of them were crying [I really can feel how important they (family) are to me, and I still can feel the feeling even now……].
Before I leave I have to fetch our Si Yeh Khuan [I really appreciate what you have done that day, not a word or a sentence can express how I want to say thank you to you, although there was something terrible thing happened when the way you all went back to Langkap, ha ha ha~~!!]. And I drove really slow after that, this is because I wan to see my lovely hometown before leaving [Bie Bie~~ Langkap, see you in 1 year later]. After 2 hours ++ of driving from my hometown to KL, we decide to have our dinner Mid Valley [because I need to send my brother luggage back to UM first].
Oh~~ it time for me to KLIA now, on the way, I remember Si Yeh Khuan asked me 1 question, “How are you feel right now?” Ya, how am I feeling now?! Exciting?! Happy?! Sad?! Worry?! No hell idea. After a long journey to KLIA, and finally arrive. “Hm… it seems like I’m too early to get to KLIA. While I was waiting for check in, I saw a lot people with different kind of facial expression, some look like very exhilarating, some look very worry, some are very rushing, some look very happy after sending their friend off, and those businessmen look very relax, they are just doing their routing job. Airport really a place where mix up with all kind of people, different people, different feeling, different destination, but same purpose [all are flying off]. After almost 1 hour of waiting, finally the counter opened and ready for passengers to check in. The queue was so long. While I waiting for my turn I saw some of my friends were already arrived airport. The first who arrived airport was Ah Pet, he started to shoot some video once he arrived [and talk some “SHIT” words during the whole recording, make sure you show me the video one day, you JiBxx!!!! Ha ha~!!]. Then follow by my APIIT friends, www, Fee, Mao [one of the surprise as well], Chee Keong, Ee, and Bai Chi Yun [No doubt, You are~~!! Ha ha~!!] And the most surprise of the night was BHT told me that he is not coming due to he will have an exam for the next day. But he showed his ass in the airport that day. I really appreciate that, truly from my heart. And of course at last, Ham Tan and Wan Ting came. These 2 girls were very busy; they just came back from Sabah due to job. After I settle my overweight luggage [the only solution is HAVE TO PAY!!!!!!], we start to have a chat session with my 2 side of friends [APIIT & and those lovely hometown mates, sorry for cant spend more time to chat will you all]. And for those who can’t make it to airport, I really appreciate ur call. I really can tell the whole world that, I am proud to have u all as my fren…… Friendship Forever [remember wat u all said during CNY when u all were drunk?!! Hahaa~~!!] and Friendship for life~~~~~ Cheers~~~~~~
Time past really fast, like lighting speed. It has come to the time for me to go to boarding hall. I was really try to be strong and stop my tears, but once I start to hug my family [it was the first time I hug my daddy so tight…haha~~~], the feeling was really indescribable, I really can’t hold the line anymore, so…. Let it be~~~ [happy la…. Ham tan…….. ur plan success oredy…….] I was trying to scan all of ur face when hugging each other and save it into my mind…….. It was really a scene to remember…..a scene that inerasable~~!!!
When come to the boarding hall, there still have plenty of time for me before I really can get on the plane. Then I start to check those video and pics that took juz now. Within few mins, I already finish playing everything, it seems like the time we spent in the airport was really short……. I should make more pic shooting and video recording……. The sky was so dark, Sitting at the hall, watching and waiting the plane for ready, …….. At that moment, I really hope all of us, no matter what, Fight for our own life, Fight for our own future, Things will get better~~!!!! But for rite now, plz make sure u all drive home safely. Hahaha~~!!!
It was really a bit disappointment for me that Mum, Sharon (my sis) and grandma cant make it to airport…. I know u all wanna to come, but too bad the car juz cant fit all of us and the luggage in the same time. Plz take care urself…. Especially u, grandma…….~~!! Always miss u all~~!!!!Dad~~~ I will remember wat u have told me all the way from LKP to KLIA…I know the way express ur caring juz a bit different from others but I know …. And I can feel it.. I promise… I will do my best to make u proud, and I really proud to have u as my daddy.

Warm Lou Ban Leong episode II

Today i went to Sky to buy "mixed rice" and as usual, the Lou Ban Leong was there...

Me：打包的...
老板娘: 啊！是你啊. 你做工了啊?
Me: 是咯...
老板娘: 真的做工了啊?

Just to remind, i went to buy my dinner straight forward after finished working, im in formal suit... i wanted to cheat her, tell her that i was in formal suit becoz i got presentation in school, and lie to her that im still studying, but better dun lar... later she thought im mentally abnormal...

Me: 是咯, 做工了咯.
老板娘: 哇, 我以前看着你读书，现在我看着你做工，哈哈！
Me: 呵呵...
老板娘: 我从以前你读书看到你现在做工，几久了~
Me: 呵呵...
老板娘: 你看，现在我都大肚子了，我老了咯~
Me: 呵呵， 没有啦，你还很年轻嘛！

Haha... she is really friendly thought i only spoke little words, give me kind of feeling like im in Langkap talking wif those aunty watching me grown up :)

Life sucks!

Hi all~ Ladies and sohai~ It's been a long time i didn't write a single post. Hmm... I never pause for such a long time since the first day i blogged. Sigh... CB Pet, im not slacking lar, coz my life sucks recently :(

Just finished a long whole week holidays~ Deepavali (1 day) + Hari Raya (2 days) + my 2 days annual leaves. Ya, how is the atmosphere overseas?? Those Ah Cha got celebrate it or not? I spent my holidays in Langkap, and there are 2 indian families living behind my house (very close indeed), always play that kind of damn noisy and annoying firecrackers instead of those normal firework... What i mean is... you know, those normal firework which is very pretty and colourful, but they only play tat kind of "BING!! BANG!! PONG!!!" Some more it's always around 12am or 1am...

CB BHT!! Put me aeroplane!! Fei Kei Yao!! Said go to watch movie together on last Saturday but then FFK, so i brought forward my plan to go back Langkap on Friday, of course tat is not the major reason. The main reasons are:

1. Didnt go back Langkap for very long time.
2. To see my cute newborn niece.
3. My bro came back from Sg.
4. To keep my mind away from being further tortured in KL.
5. For the sake of family reunion.

Hehe... i go back HT only when there are good enough reasons accumulated :p Totally opposite to the Chicken, bila-bila masa also wanna go back then stay inside his chicken mansion as long as he can. But i was doing the same as he does this time, I seldom went out when i was spending my peaceful holidays in LP, just wandered 2 or 3 times around LP but i really enjoyed it so much. Chicken must be jealous of me staying long time in LP... or not at all coz the noble loves UK more than LP now? Actually i planned to do so, coz life in KL sucks recently, went back home, dun think anything, got delicious and rich meals whenever wake up, and the warm feeling is really antidote to any blue mood. Ya, Yun, where is your yum cha?? i was waiting for your call ler?!? haha.. but nvm, i enjoyed staying in home :) Yup, spare me to become 8 gong, Kau brought back his gf to LP and said wanna go Pangkor woh~ but then phoned me to ask wat to bring if he wanted to go to Gua Tempurung the next day, still such active and energitic, salute.

Came back KL on Friday, miss home~ just did something crazy in Saturday night, went to Midvalley to watch 3 movies consecutively wif Fee, Mao and 2 turtles. GOAL!! You can't miss it! Little Chicken, hmm... ok only, not as nice as Shrek, and the HK movie, Koma, may be i dun like HK favour much... if can... dun watch it in cinema..... :p Ya, for you all information, Mao moves to PJ now and no more living in Genting Court, one more LP member away from W.Maju base to conquer other place, wish him the best. Hehe... Mao's life without pc and online facility there, can u imagine? : ]

Tomorrow got to work again, no more peace in mind... sucks... Anyway, tomorrow's a new day :)
